Robert Jackson, Sr. (BA, MBA), the company’s founder and managing member, has 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Robert began working as an apprentice of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 after completing his undergraduate degree from Lindenwood University. Robert completed the 5-year apprenticeship program at the top of his class and pursued excellence to become the first Black technician in the state of Missouri to become certified by Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau (TABB). Robert also holds TABB Supervisor, Fire and Smoke Damper Supervisor, and Smoke Control System Supervisor certifications. He has run multiple projects and served in various roles to include Journeyman, Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Robert has also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Lindenwood University and is a proud member of Alpha Chi National Collegiate Honors Society.
William “Tony” Lewis, company co-founder, began his professional career serving in the U.S. Navy as nuclear-field Electronics Technician before graduating from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and commissioning as a nuclear engineering qualified Submarine Warfare Officer. He learned and cultivated leadership and management skills as he led multiple divisions onboard a nuclear-powered Navy submarine in support of operations vital to national security. After completing an 8-year tour of service in the Navy submarine community, William chose to expand his opportunities to serve the Nation and humanity at large by earning a Doctor of Medicine degree from Uniformed Services University for the Health Sciences as a Navy physician. Tony served as the physician to an infantry battalion of 1,000 U.S. Marines where he deployed with his unit in the defense of our eastern Asia allies. Following his tour with the Marines, Tony went on to serve as a physician at the U.S. Naval Academy where he led and managed a clinic responsible for ensuring the Navy and Marine Corps’ future leaders met medical requirements for commissioning as military officers. Tony has earned certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified as a Project Management Professional.
